89dc Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

89dc ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online cricket betting and casino service provider operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. By accessing and using the platform, you ("User") are entering into a legally binding agreement under these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with the 89dc Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any special promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms will take precedence.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use the 89dc platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. 21+
• You must be legally able to receive services from Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid mobile banking or bank account in your own name.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making legal decisions.
• You must use the platform voluntarily, of your own free will, without pressure from anyone.

89dc may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents to verify a user's age and identity. Withdrawal access may be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed without prior notice.

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being immediately cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to us immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 89dc platform are conducted securely and transparently. The following payment methods are supported:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for all methods.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

After registering with 89dc, a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is awarded on your first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only — it can be received once per account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is credited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being cancelled.

The VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity on the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

89dc offers cricket betting, slots, live casino and other gaming services. Specific rules apply to each game and betting section.

• The outcome of each bet is determined by an independent random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• In cricket betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, open bets will be settled in accordance with the betting rules.
• 89dc is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection during live betting.
• In the event of a technical error in the game software, 89dc reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bets.

Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in a game or system during betting is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

89dc takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. The following safeguards are available on the platform:

• Deposit limits: Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion: You can request to exclude yourself from the platform for a specified period.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited on the 89dc platform. If these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or proxy betting.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 89dc platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and other elements — is the intellectual property of 89dc or its licensors. These may not be copied, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This permission is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

89dc bears no liability in the following cases:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Login credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Temporary unavailability due to platform maintenance or necessary upgrades.
• The outcome of the user's own betting decisions.

If odds are displayed incorrectly or a payout is made in error due to a technical fault, 89dc reserves the right to make a correction, even after a bet has been settled.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request to close their account at any time. All withdrawable balances should be withdrawn before submitting the request.

89dc may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Involvement in the prohibited activities described in Section 8.
• Failure to submit requested documents for verification within the specified time.
• Allegations of financial fraud or misconduct.
• Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Failure to pass age verification or if the provision of false information is proven.

12. Amendments and Termination

89dc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered contact method. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as consent to the new Terms.

Even if any clause of these terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

89dc reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, for any reason. In the event of a permanent shutdown, users' withdrawable balances will be returned.
